MinuteMate ("the app") does not collect personal data.

Data we collect: none

• The app has no accounts, sign-up, or login.
• Your recordings, transcripts, AI meeting notes, and memos are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server, including ours.
• The app uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

On-device AI processing

Speech recognition and AI summarization run entirely on your device. Your meeting content is never transmitted over the internet.

Network usage

The only time the app connects to the internet is to download AI model files (from the Hugging Face CDN). No meeting data is transmitted during this process.

Microphone permission

The app requests microphone access to record meetings. Recordings are stored only on your device.

Data deletion

Deleting a meeting in the app, or deleting the app itself, removes all data from your device. Since we never store your data, no separate deletion request is needed.
